Prior to our scheduled Complimentary Web Consultation, you will receive a brief questionnaire with some basic questions regarding areas where you are seeing challenges.  This will help us make the the web session go smoothly and deliver the best results as we will have background and an idea of what you are looking for.

Using the Pre-Consultation Questionnaire as a guideline, we will set up a Focused Initial web consultation.  The goal of this meeting is to find areas where you are facing challenges or opportunities and dig deeper for the purpose of beginning to develop solutions.  This is your time, so we can cover whatever areas you would like, but we will keep it focused on solving problems and converting opportunities.  Depending on the package you purchase, the length of the meeting will vary:

CLEAR Solutions provides a report based on the checklist form that you completed after our initial consultation.  This report contains observations and suggestions for creating/enhancing strategic tactics and processes within your organization.

In addition to the Strategic Review report, we will provide a follow-ip web consultation to present findings and make suggestions.  This will also give you an opportunity to work through issues that were revealed during the initial consultation.   This consultation can be scheduled at your convenience, but we recommend that you set it up no more than two to three weeks after the initial consultation.

Depending on the package you purchase, the length of the meeting will vary:

  • Silver Package:          15 Minute Focused Follow-Up Web Consultation

it's always good to have a sounding board or a place to get quick advice.  When you purchase some of the Standard Manufacturer's Representative Service Packages, you will receive a credit for future consultations.  This will allow you priority booking for web consultations on your schedule.  a challenge with a principal, or a new employee that needs some training, you can use this time for whatever you need.  the credit is good for 12 months from package purchase.
